Barriefield Rock Garden Engagement | Rachel and Andrew

Spring Engagement Session at Barriefield Rock Garden | Rachel & Andrew

On a beautiful spring afternoon, I had the pleasure of meeting Rachel and Andrew at the Barriefield Rock Garden in Kingston for their engagement photos. It’s always exciting to shoot in locations that offer both natural beauty and a touch of quiet magicβ€”and this spot was no exception.

Tucked away overlooking downtown Kingston, the Barriefield Rock Garden is a breathtaking location in the spring. The garden was in full bloom, with blossoming trees and vibrant flowers providing a colorful, romantic backdrop. It’s one of my favorite local spots for couples who want their engagement photos to feel both natural and timeless.

Rachel and Andrew’s chemistry made the session effortless. Whether they were laughing together under the trees or sharing a quiet moment among the garden paths, every photo felt authentic and true to who they are as a couple.

As a photographer, I love when a location complements a couple’s energyβ€”and this one truly did. With the golden spring light filtering through the blossoms and the city skyline in the distance, the session felt relaxed, joyful, and full of anticipation for what’s to come.
